Upkeep Group focuses on interior and exterior maintenance of homes, small offices and multi-tenant buildings. We are a sister company of Maid U Smile, under unique and separate management specializing in maintenance.  Upkeep group is managed by Jeremy Clark who also happens to be a master carpenter who has built in some of Charlotte areas finest estates. Since we are not a franchise and do not pay fees, we pass our lower cost structure to our customers.

  • Our founders combine to bring a truly unique set of skills and experiences.  Pair an MBA from Duke University with a master craftsman who has years of construction management experience and you wind up with the team guiding the Upkeep Group.
  • Fully equipped ranging from the basic repair and maintenance tools to a complete fabrication shop capable of custom woodworking or repair work
  • Started as a result of the multiple requests from our Maid U Smile customers to bring our proven ability to satisfy their needs to more complex projects and services.
  • Only company in the region to offer the "$50 House Call"  in which we show up with all the tools and materials of the trade to handle most common homeowner needs.  If the task takes less than one hour you pay us $50.  If it is determined upon arrival that it will likely take more than an hour you get a rock solid estimate and have the choice of proceeding or not.  Either way you are in control. 
We hire only experienced, reliable and honest individuals to represent the Upkeep Group name. All employees are screened and subject to criminal background checks. We use techniques and products that safeguard your property while executing with maximum effectiveness. We want our customers to feel 100% safe leaving their homes in our hands.
